If you’re not happy with your purchase, send the kit back to us with the packaging and unused cartridges and we’ll send you your money back for the full purchase amount.
Accessory (chargers & cases) Guarantee:
Every Red Dragon Electronic Cigarette accessory purchased at our website comes with a full, no questions asked, money back guarantee for 30 days after purchase! If you’re not happy with your accessory, send it back to us with the packaging and we’ll send you your money back for the full purchase amount.
Replacement Cartridge Guarantee:
Red Dragon Products will be happy to exchange, within 30 days of purchase, your unopened box of cartridges for another flavor or nicotine density of your choice. Unfortunately, due to the hygienic nature of the cartridges, we cannot accept boxes of cartridges that have been opened.
Cigarette Battery/Electronic Section and Chargers 1 Year Warranty:
All electronic products are warranted against manufactures defects for a period of 1 year after your purchase. Simply send the defective electronic item back to Red Dragon and we will either fix or replace the item for you for free. We will pay the cost to ship the repaired or replaced item back to you.
